Mr. Brown serves as Chairman and CEO and has been a board member of Web.com since August 1999. He was named President of the Company in August 1999 and Chief Executive Officer in August 2000. Mr. Brown founded Atlantic Teleservices, a technology services company, in 1997 and from 1997 until its acquisition by Web.com in August 1999, served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Brown has held numerous senior management positions including posts at Carlyle International, Riggs National Bank, Florida National Bank and Barnett Bank. Mr. Brown holds a B.A. in General Studies from Harvard. Mr. Brown currently serves on the boards of the University of North Florida Foundation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Jacksonville Branch.
Mr. Carney has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since October 2011, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2002. He has led the financial and accounting departments since January 2002. Previously he served as Director of Finance beginning in August 1999. Mr. Carney joined Web.com with the acquisition of Atlantic Teleservices, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Previously he was Director of Finance at The Carlyle Group and then Chief Financial Officer of Carlyle International. Mr. Carney also served as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Manor Care, Inc. and Choice Hotels International and began his career with the public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Carney is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Boston College.
Ms. Duran has served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer since October 2011 and as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer since August 2010. She is responsible for organizational effectiveness strategies, corporate communications and the company's corporate culture. From March 2002 until August 2010, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Web.com. Prior to joining Web.com, Ms. Duran was managing partner and founder of Odyssey, Inc., a company specializing in strategic planning and marketing for small businesses and Internet companies. From August 2000 until January 2001, Ms. Duran was Vice President of e-dr.com, a business-to-business Internet company for eye care practitioners. Prior to August 2000, Ms. Duran was an independent marketing consultant. Ms. Duran holds an undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Florida.
Mr. Chughtai was named EVP of Retail, Domains & International in June 2016 and is responsible for the product development, sales and fulfilment of our Domain, DIY and DIFM offerings as well as our International expansion and operations. Prior to his appointment as EVP of Retail, Domains & International, Mr. Chughtai served as our SVP of International since September 2014 responsible for the strategic direction, expansion and operational execution of the company’s International operations. Prior to joining Web.com, he spent 11 years as a Senior Investment Banker with J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets advising companies in the Internet and Digital Media sector. During his tenure as an Investment Banker, Mr. Chughtai advised companies across North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia and completed over 60 transactions with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $15 billion. Previously, Mr. Chughtai was a Senior Consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and William Mercer. Mr. Chughtai received his MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago and bachelors in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Rijsinghani was name EVP of Premium Services in June 2016 and is responsible for the product development, sales and fulfillment of our high end, value added offerings such as Leads By Web, Custom Websites and Lighthouse. Prior to his appointment as EVP of Premium services, Mr. Rijsinghani served as our SVP of Premium Services since January 2016 and as our SVP of Online Marketing since October 2010 responsible for building and maturing Web.com’s small business online marketing solutions. Before that Mr. Rijsinghani served as Chief Technology Officer of Web.com when he joined the company through the merger with Website Pros in September 2007. Mr. Rijsinghani has extensive technical and management experience and combines a deep understanding of current technologies with the ability to execute across various business models. Previous to Web.com, Mr. Rijsinghani was Chief Technology Officer and a founding member of VerticalOne Corporation which was sold to S1 Corporation (NASDAQ: SONE) and was Chief Technology Officer at Proficient Systems which was sold to LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN). Previously, Mr. Rijsinghani was President of Neoglyphics Media Corporation, a website design and consulting firm that was sold to Rennaisance Worldwide Inc. In addition, he held various senior consulting roles at Sun Microsystems and PriceWaterhouse. He graduated from Cornell University with dual degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
Jane Landon joined Web.com in November 2010 as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Web.com, Ms. Landon was Deputy Commissioner and Chief Information Officer for the New York City Department of Finance. Her past experience includes leadership positions at Microsoft, where she was General Manager/Chief Information Officer for Public Sector Business Systems Information Technology, as well as Prudential Insurance of America and The Bankers Trust Company. Ms. Landon holds a B.A. Business Administration degree from SUNY Fredonia in Fredonia, NY.
Ms. Lynch joined Web.com in October 2016 as Executive Vice President of Web Brand Networks (WBN), and is responsible for the product development, sales and fulfilment of our franchise and multi-location offerings. Ms. Lynch comes to Web.com with more than 27 years of experience growing businesses across multiple industries including insurance and information and technology. She brings the perspective of a customer having run several multi-location businesses. Prior to joining Web.com, Ms. Lynch was Group President of Property & Casualty at Kemper Corporation, which encompassed 13,000 distributors and 1,900 employees. Previous roles included Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The Hartford, Vice President of Small Law Firms and Customer Experience at Thomson Reuters, and Vice President of Strategic Marketing at The St. Paul Companies. Ms. Lynch received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from The University of Connecticut.
Mr. McClure serves as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for Web.com and plans and directs all aspects of Web.com's legal affairs providing hands-on counsel to all levels of executive staff. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McClure was the Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Direct General Corporation and focused on SEC reporting and regulatory compliance. Prior to Direct General, Mr. McClure served in numerous roles at The Seibels Bruce Group, Inc., including Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to Seibels Bruce, Mr. McClure was Manager of Financial Planning with Air South Airlines, Inc. Mr. McClure holds a B.S. in Management from Clemson University and a Juris Doctorate and M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina.
Ms. Dunham was named SVP of Program Management & Sales and Service Operations in June 2016 and is responsible for sales and service operations, program management, performance, training and quality. Ms. Dunham joined Yodle in 2008 through the acquisition of ProfitFuel. She most recently served as the SVP of Program & Performance Management where she was responsible for testing new products and approaches with our customer base and for the Program Management team that oversees all Yodle initiatives from cradle to grave. During her time at Yodle, she built new hire training programs that successfully onboarded 100+ new hires monthly to support Yodle’s growth. She also played a crucial role in bringing all Lighthouse products to market. At Verizon, she built and delivered leadership development programs that were used to support 20 call centers. Dunham has 15+ years’ experience in training, quality, sales, and client services leadership. She holds a BA in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Farrell serves as Senior Vice of Customer Service for Web.com and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s customer service interactions. Mr. Farrell is a seasoned operations executive having served as COO or head of operations for several leading Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) companies – most notably Sykes, ClientLogic (now Sitel), and TRG. He has extensive experience in outsourcing and managing large contact center operations, in both domestic and international markets, including operations in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. In addition, prior to joining Web.com, Mr. Farrell ran the Insurance Services Division for CapitalOne, and was COO of QuickStart Technologies in Newport Beach, California, where he helped to start Microsoft Certified Professional Magazine and served as its Executive Editor. Mr. Farrell holds an MBA from Seton Hall University and a bachelor's degree from St. Peter's College.
Ms. Kellmanson was named SVP of Marketing in October 2016 and is responsible for branding, product marketing, advertising, public relations, corporate communications, and social media. Prior to joining Web.com, she spent 20 years as a Senior Marketing Executive developing corporate branding strategies for public and private companies. She began her career with Wegmans Food Markets, quickly rising to spearhead marketing and branding strategies and helping the company to grow. She was subsequently recruited by the CEO of Winn-Dixie Stores to revitalize the brand as Group Vice President of Marketing and Advertising. Most recently she served as Chief Marketing Officer for Skeeter Snacks LLC, an emerging brand specializing in all-natural, healthy nut-free snacks. Ms. Kellmanson received her MBA in Marketing from the University of Rochester and bachelors in Government from Franklin & Marshall College.
Ms. Rowan was named SVP of Retail Market and Customer Experience in January 2016 and is responsible for the product development, sales and fulfillment of our DIY and DIFM offerings. Ms. Rowan joined Web.com in September 2014 as SVP of Customer Experience. Previously, Ms. Rowan served in multiple senior management roles at Rayonier Inc., most recently working with its board to evaluate strategic options and execute the company's spin-off of its largest business. Ms. Rowan has extensive experience in strategy, branding and market analysis, refined over her career history as an executive with Bombardier Capital and Barnett Banks (now Bank of America). She was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of her own consulting practice, and served several S&P 500 companies. Ms. Rowan has an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.S. from Cornell University.
Mr. Wiegand has served as SVP of Domains for Web.com since February 2012. He had previously served as Senior Vice President, Business Development, and earlier as Vice President and General Counsel for the company. Prior to his present role with Web.com, Mr. Wiegand was Vice President and General Counsel of Aslan Ventures, a diversified real estate development and holding company. From January 1997 to September 2005, Mr. Wiegand served in a variety of legal and management roles within the telecommunications industry. Positions included Regional Vice President with BroadStreet Communications, General Manager with Adelphia Business Solutions (NASDAQ: ABIZ), Regional Director of Business Operations and Manager of Legal & Regulatory Affairs with Hyperion Telecommunications (NASDAQ: HYPT). Before entering the telecommunications field, Mr. Wiegand worked as a management consultant with the BDO Seidman Alliance and in the Legal Department of U.S. Steel Corporation (NYSE: X). Mr. Wiegand has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Miami University and earned both his J.D. and MBA degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Williamson is Senior Vice President, Customer Support. In this role, Mr. Williamson is responsible for all customer service and fulfillment for the Company. He previously served as SVP, Operations since February 2002. Prior to joining Web.com, Mr. Williamson was the President of Delta Training and Education, a technology training company, and held several leadership positions within AT&T. Mr. Williamson holds Business degrees from the University of Georgia and Emory University.
Mr. Wong is SVP, Corporate Development for Web.com. Prior to Web.com, Mr. Wong was a founding member of FBR's Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group and led the Enterprise, Network, and Internet Software corporate finance practice. During his over 11 year tenure at the investment bank, he completed over 35 initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, buy-side and sell-side merger & acquisition transactions, strategic advisory assignments, and private placements with aggregate transactions totaling $2.3 billion. Prior to FBR, he served six years as a U.S. Navy Officer in the Nuclear Propulsion Program. Mr. Wong has a M.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University and a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame.
