What is a transfer agent?
A transfer agent and registrar for a publicly held company keeps records of every outstanding stock certificate and the name of the person to whom it is registered. When stock changes hands, the transfer agent transfers the ownership of the stock from the seller's name to the buyer's name. The registrar reconciles all transfer records and makes sure that the number of shares debited is equal to the number of shares credited. The Company's transfer agent is Computershare.
The transfer agent does not maintain records of shares bought and sold through brokerage accounts. Those records are maintained by the specific brokerages through which the shares are bought and sold.

Web.com does not pay a dividend on stock, and does not foresee doing so in the immediate future. Accordingly, we do not offer a DRIP (Dividend Reinvestment Program).
What is Web.com's view on Google's Domain announcement?
This is not new - Google has been reselling existing domains through wholesalers
We have been competing successfully for the past several years in a very competitive sector with an incumbent well-known brand
There have been many low priced competitors for years and we have competed effectively with a growing base of domain name customers
We will continue to compete to acquire new domain small business customers
Our business model is focused on owning customer relationships vs being a wholesale partner with an indirect, low margin relationship; we work with Google in many other ways
Our focus is on investing and securing customers at the top of the value chain with the Do It For Me approach that requires significant customer interaction ; we want to have a direct relationship with small business customers and have increasing sales through direct channels such as Direct Response TV advertisements and local sales force in ~24 U.S. cities
We expect our revenue growth will be primarily driven by our differentiated offering of value-added services
